During each stage; the cultivation, the vinification, the ageing, bottling, the stockage, the preparation of orders and the delievery of our wines are thoroughly performed and verified.
In the respect of working as a team, each individual, although specialized in his or her domain, knows the job of one other for purposes of replacement to assure little delay. As for the vineyard, the selection of plots, the type of trimming, the choice of grape varieties according to environment (soil, hours of sunshine, rainfall level, winds, etc), is defined to offer you true wines, marked by our style and our vineyard.
In order to keep the wine faithful to itself, the strictly hygenic cellar is adapted to reduce and limit manipulations of juices, as the grapes arrive directly from the vineyards.
Tastings are performed throughout the vinification and the ageing of the wines. They are achieved as a team by the three wine makers, their oenologue, and often with the contribution by the experience of their fathers and also with their children for the preparation of the future. Together they are sure to capture the true character of the wines of the family estate.
